[ubuntu] Emulators in Hardy

Hello fellow AMD 64 bit users, I am new to Linux environments. Ubuntu is extremely easy to use though!
I am looking for good emulation software for old video games
snes9x is not very good and I can't get zsnes to work.

Well, anyone know how to get zsnes to work?

Dosbox is good fun, it's in the repos.

Paqman

you could also try xmame (the arcade machine emulator)

Thingymebob

sudo apt-get install zsnes

that didn't work?

does it give you an error if you type zsnes in a terminal?
